SASU (Schools Against Substance Use) Project

The SASU project is a national project developed by ELC designed for all schools in Botswana. The goal of the project is to create students who will become ambassadors of change so that they become mentors for their peers who may also indulge in substance use.

Working with Emotional Intelligence, ELC set out a framework of emotional intelligence (EI) that reflects how an individual’s potential for mastering the skills of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management translates into on-the-job success.

Workplace Efficiency Program (WEP)

WEP involves rationalized systems that create an environment that encourages not only thinking outside the box, but also completely rethinking the box. WEP is designed for highly computerized companies with a high turn-over in terms of financial returns and human capital.

Through WEP, ELC assists corporate organizations corporates to learn how to maximize time and increase profits through a combination of group and individual business coaching sessions so as to maximize profits.

In order to assist corporates to operate efficiently, increase revenue and motivate staff, ELC provides coaching services and internal workshops on employer/employee relations that include public relations, information management, discipline, team-building initiatives, emotional intelligence and stress management, and health and wellness in the workplace.
